Program Overview

Program Structure

Module 1: Distance Learning

Participants engage in case studies and emotional intelligence assessments, which must be completed and submitted prior to the practical workshop.

Module 2: Practical Training

A 50-hour hands-on workshop featuring mediation skills training, role-plays, group discussions, and continuous assessment by trainers and external assessors.

Module 3: Written Assessment

Includes a written examination, drafting of a mediation settlement agreement, and a structured self-assessment conducted post-training.
